Company Overview:

  • Incorporated in December 2014, Urban Company is a technology-driven, full-stack online marketplace offering home and beauty services.

  • As of June 30, 2025, the company has a presence in 51 cities across India, UAE, and Singapore (excluding Saudi Arabia, where it operates via a joint venture).

  • Its platform enables consumers to book services such as cleaning, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, beauty treatments, and massage therapy, delivered by trained and background-verified professionals.

  • Urban Company has also ventured into home solutions with the launch of water purifiers and electronic door locks under the brand ‘Native’. It provides professionals with training, tools, financing, insurance, and branding support, improving service quality and income opportunities.

  • By net transaction value, Urban Company is the largest online full-stack home and beauty services platform in India in the nine months ended December 2024.

  • The Indian home services market, valued at USD 59.2 billion in 2024, is projected to reach USD 97.4 billion by 2029, with online penetration still below 1%, highlighting huge growth potential.

  • In the quarter ended June 30, 2025, the company had 54,347 average monthly active service professionals, operating across 12,000+ service micro-markets.
