Funding expenses for obtaining certifications from FAA and EASA for the Wireless Streaming Server ("AeroHub") and Patented Inviseo tray table (collectively known as the "Proposed Products").
Funding working capital requirements for manufacturing the Proposed Products and day-to-day business operations.
Prepayment or repayment of certain outstanding borrowings.
General corporate purposes.
