Augmont Enterprises is an integrated precious metals company with a presence across the gold and silver value chain. The company is engaged in bullion trading, refining, digital gold, jewellery manufacturing and related investment solutions across India.

Its business operates through two key platforms:

• Augmont SPOT: A platform catering primarily to institutional customers, including jewellers, dealers and corporates.

• Augmont Gold For All: A consumer-focused platform offering digital gold and other gold investment solutions.

The company also has a presence in jewellery manufacturing, EMI-based gold purchases and partner-led gold loan solutions. Objects of the Issue:

The proceeds from the fresh issue will primarily be utilised for:

1. Working capital requirements, including procurement of bullion, inventory scaling and advance margin payments.

2. General corporate purposes.
