Company Background
Established in 1971, All Time Plastics Limited (ATPL) is a leading Indian manufacturer of plastic houseware products. The company primarily operates in the B2B segment, producing consumerware for white-label clients, and also markets products directly to consumers under its proprietary brand, “All Time Branded Products.”
The company has established long-standing relationships with global retailers such as IKEA, Asda, Michaels, and Tesco. In FY25, it supplied All Time Branded Products to 22 modern trade retailers, including Spencer’s Retail, as well as multiple distributors across 23 states and 6 union territories in India.

Prepayment/Repayment of certain outstanding borrowings – ₹143 crore
Purchase of equipment and machinery for the Manekpur Facility – ₹113.71 crore
